In a “secret” gloe in the landscape, this very special little building is located. It is built of clay by hand and shaped to the mountain. Here you can find peace and quiet. Here you can live close to nature. Here is a fireplace / grill on the terrace, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and nature do. Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment in a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the down side and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal path Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and sunny.

Sun from morning to evening. Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short distance to the bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice swimming beaches as well as the fantastic archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city center. Sports ground, golf course, etc. in the immediate vicinity. A good place to be during summer!

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Vi leier ut et anneks/ skipperstuen som ligger som en sidebygning til hovedhuset. Adskilt med egen inngang og uteplass. Bra standard med kjøkken, bad, vindfang, stue og sove hems. Direkte utgang til solrik uteplass/hage med sittegruppe, solsenger og gassgrill. Stille og rolig villa område med 300 m til sjøen med flotte badeplasser, småbåthavn og den flotte skjærgården i Færder nasjonalpark. Mulighet for avtale om leie av gjestepass i lokal båtforening.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located serene place. Shops, restaurants, cafes, gym and golf course within 5-10 min walking distance. The beach is a 10-15 minutes walk away, and the famous Verdens Ende is a 10 min drive. The apartment has a beautiful surrounding neighbourhood, and is equipped with a dedicated workspace, for the busy professional "workcation". The island of Tjøme is a hikers paradise with many gems to discover.
