This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

You will be staying in your own private penthouse flat on the top floor of this Edwardian Mansion on a private estate with bay views and only 13 minutes away from San Francisco and 45 minutes away from Napa wine country. From the living room you can see the bay outside the 14' panoramic window. There are also chickens on this property so you may even get some fresh organic eggs in the morning.

Secluded but central, cozy two room apartment, a minute's walk from downtown (restaurants and cafes literally around the corner) A private entrance, opens to a flower-filled patio. We have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker but no kitchen. There is a very comfortable queen bed and an ottoman that folds out to a roomy single bed. This space is not suitable for young children.

2 Bedroom Apartment, 1 block from downtown.

Our most recently renovated apartment is one block from charming, downtown Mill Valley, yet situated in a lovely, wooded, residential area. Walk to all restaurants and shops, or take the bus to SF from conveniently located stops, downtown. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
