Everything was great about the stay! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. The place was exactly as pictured and felt very comfortable. I even accidentally left something behind and Susan promptly messaged me and mailed it to me. I have plans to be in the area next year and hope I can stay there again. Highly recommend!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! We loved Tim’s apartment for our Stowe ski weekend. It was just as described and in a beautiful setting. Tim was also great to communicate with and very accommodating when we had some last minute changes to our plans. Will definitely stay here again on a return trip - highly recommend!

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

Our stay was more than great! Description of the property and cleanliness as well as amenities do not do it justice! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. Would stay here again without a doubt!

A lovely townhouse with plenty of room for a mom/daughter ski weekend, so close to the base you could walk if you wanted!

We enjoyed staying here with easy access to ski at Bolton Valley. Great little house exactly as described. It was the beginning of mud season so the dirt road was a bit challenging.

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. I highly suggested staying at Stephanie’s property if you’re looking for a quick getaway. I certainly will be looking to book again soon. Thank you Stephanie!

Great place to stay, especially if you’re planning on visiting Loon mountain with family/friends!

We had an amazing cousins' ski weekend, and staying at Alisa's house was the perfect finishing touch. The home was warm, inviting, and had a unique layout that we loved. Alisa was highly responsive, making communication seamless throughout our stay. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Claire’s place was beautiful! It was clean and exactly as described. Very close to Mt Washington resort, which is where we were going for a wedding. Very spacious as well and bedding was very comfortable. :) 10/10 would recommended and will be staying again if I am in the area!!

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Great place for our ski weekend! Spacious, clean, super comfortable beds, kitchen had everything needed, even spices! close easy drive to slopes! Great host- it was easy to communicate, we felt really welcome in this beautiful place! Would love to come back again and again!

Nice clean condo close to Loon Mt. I was apprehensive about sleeping in a Murphy bed but it was actually very comfortable. Ron was a good host. Good communication. The whole process was easy. Will be returning.

I took my 13 yo son for a weekend visit to ski Killington for the first time and Gregory’s condo made our stay worthwhile! It was easy to access, clean, and equipped with all necessities. We will be sure to return!!
