Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Fajardo

My friends and I went out our annual girls trip to puerto rico and decided to stay here! it’s directly on the beach, has restaurants within walking distance, and was overall in a great location. Alfredo was very responsive with any questions we had which was very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Juan Gabriel was responsive to our needs. Room was clean and had a great location.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing, we had to cancel our air bnb the night before our trip (false advertisement), and i stumbled across Jennifer’s beautiful studio. She was very accommodating when it came to early & late check out. Had very quick responses as well. In a great and convenient location with lots of restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Will definitely be back in the future !

This is a very conveniently located, well maintained property if you want to be anywhere around Isla Verde beach. Everything that you need for a beach vacation was easily accessible. We decided to skip hotels this time and stay at this Airbnb where we felt there was a better value for your $$s. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next stay here

This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

Alberto incredibly welcoming, responsive & attentive before and during our stay. His apartment is well decorated, very clean and a perfect place to stay for a long visit. It is also walking distance to everything in Condado, Ocean Park and Santurce. Highly recommend his San Juan apt.

Xavier was a great host! While visiting the country , there was a power outage for a day and a half. He was sure to keep updated on the situation and also bought a battery for us to charge our devices and to connect to wifi. He was pleasant and answered any question that we asked him. The apartment was clean and looked exactly liked the photos. The location was perfect, close to pretty much everything. Would definitely recommend Xavier as a host.

Large clean condo in a good central location. Concierge on site and building check in process is efficient and offers good safety measures. Old San Juan is about a 5-10 minute Uber ride depending on traffic conditions. Beautiful beach with plenty of sun and shade that's about a 5-10 minute walk away. Condo has two beach chairs & towels for use, or you can rent at beach. The main bedroom is large with an ultra-comfortable bed. Unit has central air, and building has a backup generator. (we arrived same day as island blackout so having a generator was a huge plus). Dahiana provides very clear and thorough instructions along with a list of restaurants, places of interest etc.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

Great Apartment and responsive hosts. The Apartment is centrally located for going to the beach or to any restaurants . It is very easy to get around town from their location. We look forward to staying with them in the near future!!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place for a few days. The apartment was well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The location was unbeatable—and the host was super helpful and responsive.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!

It was a lovely home and just as pictured. Only improvements could be that the spin bike seat was broken and there wasn’t two of the hand weights in the same weight. Otherwise, flawless!

Absolutely stunning home & in a great location. Easy walkable to a lovely beach and surrounding restaurants. There was everything you possibly needed, fully equipped kitchen, grill and additional items needed throughout the trip. We loved staying here!

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at Alan’s house was truly a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Alan was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He gave us great local recommendations and left gifts for my birthday in the house champagne, house slippers and face masks for me and my party of 6 to make us feel extra special. He also accommodated a late check out! The location was ideal too—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate—book Alan’s place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

Nice and cozy used the washer left my clothes on the line to dry and a huge storm came thru though forsure they were gonna be gone lmao but nope still there nice area
