A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Beach villa

Spacious and quiet accommodation in a peaceful place by the sea with forest close by, 50 meters to the sea and 500 meters to child-friendly and 5 Star Byske havsbad with water slides and restaurant. Near the Byske River, a forest river with Sweden's best salmon fishing. There is an electric car charger on the property. Byskeälven is an unregulated northern forest river with wild salmon and wild trout. Also large harr and you have very varied fishing spots for you to try. Children under the age of 17 fish for free, with a fishing license.

Underfloor heating throughout the house and the kitchen has two of everything in terms of appliances. Fully equipped large kitchen and fully furnished. Hotel-standard bed linen & towels. Large stone-paved patio with gas barbecue & dining area/lounge, gazebo. We speak Swedish and English.

Cosy accommodation with a lake view in a scenic area. On the lower floor there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - A sauna and hot tub are available for hire in an adjacent house. There is also a small toilet with a shower in that house. There is also a sofa bed in the house that can accommodate two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

The Yellow House

Welcome to our charming Gula Hus in a peaceful setting close to nature. Large lawn and a timber-framed shed next to the house. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds on two levels. Beds made with clean bed linen. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has a new cooker and a new fridge-freezer. The house is heated by a new, very quiet air-to-water heat pump. Within walking distance of a bus stop on the E4 and only 4 km to a shop and a petrol station.

Cosy Countryside Summer Cottage

Enjoy the serenity of Swedish summer. Relax on the porch, take a walk along the gravel roads, pick your own berries or take a nighttime swim or canoe trip in the calm waters of the lake. Basement apartment

Smaller basement apartment with a small kitchenette. The sleeping arrangements consist of a single bed (105 cm) and a smaller sofa bed (105 cm). Please note that the bed is narrow – two of you can definitely sleep in it if you like to lie close together, but otherwise the sofa bed is available! Bed linen and towels are provided, and you can find parking on the street just outside the house. The accommodation is about 3 minutes by car from the E4. It is about 1.5 km to the city centre.

Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Just 10 minutes from Skellefteå is our guest house which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome, but cats are not due to allergies. The cottage has large windows to the horizon and is decorated with what you need. Smart TV and good broadband. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick box spring. From there, you also have a view of the sea. Want a separate bedroom so please ask! Sometimes, but not always, it's available. It is next door to a bed 160 cm wide.

Fully equipped, modern kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds in both. In bedroom 2, there is a Tempur mattress for those who want to sleep extra well :).
