Nice newly built cottage, 30 sqm, village environment, lake view

Newly built small house with lake views. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. Approximately 4 km to central Rättvik, approximately 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different music events in summer. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake views. Some nearby residential buildings, yet a quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, becomes a double bed when made up. Bedroom with 140 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

Welcome to a newly built (2021 with 2 apartments), charming house between Mora and Orsa with a high standard for the whole family with regular pets or for BUSINESS in the heart of Dalarna. Wonderful views of Lake Orsas and the blue mountains. Amid nature, close to swimming, skiing experiences and adventures. Now the spa department is ready for use. The price is not included in the regular house rental. Although the house is located in nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to shopping center.

Welcome to tranquil Västanvik in the heart of Dalarna and this charming cottage, just 5 km from central Leksand. Here, you're greeted by a stunning view of Lake Siljan. On the enclosed porch, enjoy dinners from early spring to late fall, thanks to infrared heating. Inside, the fireplace is prepared for you to light, adding maximum coziness. Firewood is included! This is the perfect starting point for your excursions. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electric car charging is available.

En charmig stuga

Stugan är belägen på samma gård som värdparet, i ett lugnt bostadsområde, nära Siljan (4 km in till Leksand). Det finns tillgång till en lokal badstrand för de boende i området. Skogen finns invid husknuten med längdskidspår (upp till Granbergets skidanläggning). Lämplig utgångspunkt för många aktiviteter; Sommarland (6 km), Tegera Arena och Lugnets idrottsanläggning (ca. 5 km). Med bil finner du många slalombackar och de intilliggande städerna Falun, Mora och Borlänge med många utflyktsmål.

Beläget i kulturområde, halvvägs mellan centrum och Falu gruva, 5 min gångavstånd till båda. 10 km från Carl Larsson gården. 2,5 km från Sjön Runns skridskocentra och badplatser. Plats för 2+2 personer. Rum med två bäddar samt extra loft 2 bäddar. Hög stege till loft som inte är barnvänligt och inte för personer med balans problem. Fullt utrustat rymligt kök. Ett litet enkelt omodernt WC med dusch och toalett. Uteplats.

Cabin overlooking Siljan

Unwind in this unique and tranquil home with the personal decor of Dalastil. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and should be done before checkout.

Come stay in Rältlindor, a truly traditional village of Dalarna. This is a simple yet charming accommodation for you who seek a quiet location, close to nature. Follow us on social media: @måttfullt Bike, hike, swim in the small lake or simply relax in front of the fire. Regardless of season and weather there is always something to enjoy. This is also a perfect spot to explore Dalarna from: with cities like Falun, Mora, Tällberg and Orsa all in a one hour radius.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

In winter, you have 3 ski resorts just a few miles away. Bjursås Ski Center, Granberget and Romme Alpin. Or why not visit Tomteland? Or the popular Spana in Tällberg. Only 7 km to Leksand where you will find Hockey Leksands IF, restaurants.

Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
