Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our conversion in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.
