We were a guest at this bed and breakfast and I can say that it was an incredible experience! The property is super cozy, comfortable with attention to detail Antonella and her husband are extremely friendly and helpful. i highly recommend this experience not to underestimate the super breakfast thanks to soon

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

The place exceeded our expectations, and the host is extremely eager and available to answer any questions at any time. The breakfast was wonderful, and highly recommended the homemade jams.

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Pierluigi and his wife are two exquisite and genuine people, they have a smile always printed on their faces and were so available from the first moment. Truly two very kind grandchildren. The most striking part of the structure was the bathrooms: clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. As they should always be. It's not an obvious circumstance. I highly recommend the bungalow.

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Ricardo was born to run a Bed& Breakfast. He does everything superbly well from interacting with his guests, providing superb service to guests, congenial and engaging. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that felt so comfortable and nice to be in. if you want a quiet peaceful location with a wonderful view of San Marino, this is your place. And, a little plus here...he bakes croissants fresh and knows exactly the time to pull them out of the oven golden crispy brown and perfect. Absolutely, with no question...I highly recommend Ricardo. He knows how to treat his guests, and I assure you, its the way you want to be treated.

Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to explore Le Marche. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area but by car nearby everything you need. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and blindly book again when I go on vacation in this region. The hosts have done their best to make you feel at home in a nice, comfortable clean environment and have tips for day trips, food and many other things. We enjoyed it.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Super breakfast, fresh, sweet and savory products, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but in a strategic position to visit the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.

If you want to get away from everything and immerse yourself in the middle of nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are super hosts. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will enjoy seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Closing more and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart.
