It is practical for up to several families, there are 2 air-conditioned properties on the lot, the smaller one offers comfortable accommodation for 2+2 people (with 1 bath) and the larger one for 6+2 people (with 3 baths). You can find an indoor pool (10x3.5m), outdoor jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, playground, ping-pong table, football gates, basketball hoop and outdoor kitchen and bathroom. The entire area is only for rent in one (2 houses, garden, pool).

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
