Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.

Welcome to a detached mini-house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, by agreement.
