Located between a quiet street and park in a small villa area from 1947. Forest with exercise trail and outdoor gym very close. 10 minutes to subway + 20 minutes to Stockholm city.

Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Welcome to a detached mini-house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, by agreement.
