The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Stilsam villa 110kvm i lugnt område nära till skogen och natur. 10-15 minuter med bil till City och ca 50 minuter kommunalt. Stor altan utrustat med utemöbler och soffgrupp, vedeldad bastu och åretrunt vedeldad / elvärmt bubbelpool. Bra att veta Boendet har 2 sovrum med en 90 säng i ena rummet och en 180 säng i master bedroom. Det finns även en till 90 säng att ställa ut i det sovrum man vill sova. Ett bebott atterfallshus på tomten finns men inget som stör. Låst walk-in i master bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
