We rent out our funkish house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has high standards. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside, a large terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Large terrace with good sun conditions until 7-8 pm in the evening during summer. The road up to the cabin is relatively steep and winding, but most of it is paved. Down by the fjord there is a marina with fishing and swimming facilities. Good hiking opportunities nearby. 15 kilometers to Farsund city center.

Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. Har to båter for utleie. Enjoy your holiday in quiet surroundings on Lista! Here you live 2 km from nice bright beaches, as well as a small km from fresh water. Nice hiking opportunities. Smaller house with decent standard. Kitchen has had a major upgrade recently. Enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee on the front of the house. The area has sun all day, lovely evening sun on the terrace.
