Large apartment. Close to the city center. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with a beautiful garden that just has to be experienced! Here you can relax indoors or outdoors, and maybe have a barbecue meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna flows right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have fishing rights for salmon here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is a 2-minute drive from our house. 5 min drive to KNA Raceway.

Lille Presteskjær Lighthouse

Lighthouse from 1895 with housing and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a reef at the end of Rekefjord. Original furniture from the time when the lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, storage rooms, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen that has been converted into an extra bedroom. There is also a boat garage attached to the lighthouse, this is decorated for outdoor fun and simple dining.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

The cabin is modern with high quality in all materials, and design furniture. The cabin is built for family use, but is rented out in anticipation of our children using it. The cabin is located in a cultural-historical area from the sailing ship and privateer era. There are good hiking opportunities nearby, proximity to amazing sandy beaches.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Cottage/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. A unique small one-room cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
