Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Velkommen til Vika. Dette er et gammelt koselig hus med en nydelig sjø utsikt . Det har den mest fantastiske utsikten utover Spinds fjorden som ligger midt i den flotte skjærgården utenfor Farsund. Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. I perioden fra April til og med September er prisen på huset inkludert båt ved ukes leie. Godkjent Turist fiske sted Ta kontakt for å leie huset i sommer halvåret.

A gem by the sea!

Welcome to us! New funky house from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the lake. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Towels (1 large + 1 small) and bed linen are included in the price, and the beds are made upon arrival. 2 parking spaces. There is a large terrace to the west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

(a cot) The house is located in a rural and undisturbed area, within walking distance to Lista Lighthouse, Lista Bird Station, some of Norway's best surf spots and mile-long beaches. In the garden there are several cozy seating areas and lots of sun during the summer months. Exterior sink and bench space for gutting fish. Rack for storing surfboards and hanging wetsuits to dry.

Koselig eldre hus. 3 soverom, 2 dobbeltsenger i hvert sitt soverom (150cm og 180cm). En 140cm dobbelseng i gangen mellom soverommene og en enkelt seng på gulv i et lite rom. I tillegg er det en barneseng på stedet. Stort uteområde med mulighet for ballspill, frisbee golf, bålpanne, eller ta en deilig dukkert i badevannet ca 300 meter fra huset. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Tv med mange kanaler. Nytt bad med dusj. Stor terrasse ute (kommer 2026)

Huset har panorama utsikt over Lyngdal, samt sol forhold fra morgen til langt på kveld, egen kino og gode parkeringsmuligheter. Her er alt inkludert fra pålagt sengesett,håndklær å kaffe. Utvask etter opphold, samt hurtiglading av elbil kan tilbys mot tillegg
