The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

The Gîte de La Bergerie is a typical Puisaye farmhouse in an isolated farmhouse in the countryside not far from Lake Bourdon The cottage has a large living room with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. The first bedroom has a double bed with bathroom. The second larger bedroom with a double bed and a single bed also has its own bathroom and toilet. Guests can take advantage of the terrace with spa.
