Monolocale al secondo piano senza ascensore,recentemente ristrutturato, composto da un unico locale con cucina completa di elettrodomestici, letto matrimoniale a scomparsa,divano,aria condizionata,TV e bagno con doccia. Parcheggio gratuito privato. A pochi passi, la funivia che raggiunge Erice, spiaggia e centro storico a pochi chilometri. Mete raggiungibili: San Vito lo Capo, Scopello, Segesta, Marsala e Castellammare.
