Located 600 metres from the sandy beach of Baia Santa Margherita. The property features a large open-plan kitchen-living room on the ground floor, equipped with every comfort, including a 3-seater sofa and an LCD TV, as well as a veranda with a sea view, furnished with a table, parasol and chairs. N.B. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
