The house is located about 2 km from the small town of Gjern in the beautiful hilly Søhøjland close to Silkeborg and only 30 minutes from Aarhus. There are plenty of opportunities for active holidays in the beautiful nature with hiking trails, mountain bike trails, etc.

The apartment is located in the basement of an older well-kept patrician villa in Risskov - close to the beach, forest, light rail and up to several city buses as well as a bike path under Riis Skoven. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping as well as café and restaurant visits in the area. The lease consists of two bright and cozy rooms of 16 m2 and 20 m2 respectively overlooking the flower garden. The apartment has its own entrance, private bathroom and kitchen. Baby equipment (bed, high chair, changing pad, etc.) can be borrowed.

It's a small enclosed neighborhood with a nice playground in the middle. All the neighbors are amazingly nice with lovely children. It is within cycling distance to Aarhus C and there are both Spar and Rema1000 within walking distance. Free parking is available in the carport or on the surrounding parking lots.
