Smingehytten is a log cabin that is surrounded by fields, rivers, meadows and forests. The cottage is located with access to the Gudenåen river and with Gjern hills as a backyard. The cottage is close to Gudenåen, 50 m, but not directly on the river. The cottage is surrounded by unspoiled nature with peace and quiet and a rich animal and bird life. In the area around the cottage, there are plenty of opportunities for activities such as mountain biking, hiking, golf, canoeing, kayaking, water park, horseback riding, etc. The cottage is a 15-minute drive from Silkeborg and 45 minutes to Aarhus.

The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you wish and come here. Wine and tapas can be purchased

Cozy caravan

The camping fee MUST be paid upon arrival: Adults DKK 95, Children DKK 75 per night for a fixed caravan at Randers City Camp. Heated pool, playgrounds, workout area, and nature. Close to Randers Regnskov, Gudenåen, Djurs Sommerland. The wagon has a double bed on both ends as well as a sofa bed in the awning. There is a toilet in the wagon (only to let the water) In the awning there are tables and chairs, fridge, oven, heater and kitchen area. Bring your own bed linens (duvets and pillows) , towels, and dish towels

View of scenic area with fields and beautiful hilly forest that invites you to take good walks. The apartment is cozy and the large terrace doors can be opened up so that nature is invited in. Next door, there is an identical apartment that can also be rented if more beds are desired. The two apartments are located next to each other in a separate building, on our farm, where we have horses
