Le petit Marius est un Mas pour les amoureux de la nature. Dans une propriété au calme dans le canton de Fayence, vous trouverez la tranquillité de la Provence à proximité des plages (30 minutes en voiture) ou de la montagne (45 minutes en voiture) et des activités de la Côte d'Azur. Prévu pour deux personnes vous vous reposerez et pourrez profiter de la nature. Le petit Mas vient d'être rénové.

Petit studio de 14m2 mais efficace. Escaliers pour y accéder. A 5min a pied du centre village de Fayence, une place de parking, climatisation réversible, café, thé, micro onde, TV (netflix), armoire. Je suis disponible pour toute demande spécifique, habitant juste à côté (même palier). Attenant à ma maison. Entrée indépendante avec boite à clés. A 20min de l'autoroute, et 25min de la mer.
