Monthly Rentals in Lexington

I love staying at Melanie's place. I have stayed there several times. It is on my "go to" list. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance from restaurants, park and stores. Melanie is quick to respond to any questions.

This was a cute clean little place and the location was great! About 15 minutes from the airport and around the corner from grocery and a decent Mexican restaurant. The backyard was huge and the kitchen had everything we needed. I love being able to do a load of laundry while traveling and this laundry was conveniently upstairs between the bedrooms. I do wish there was another chair in the living room for sitting. Or maybe a couch as opposed to just a loveseat. But the place was lovely and if we ever visit Lexington again-we will stay here!

This was the perfect location and place for my quick work trip to Lexington! It was walkable to downtown, and the host had great recommendations for nearby cafes and activities. Definitely stop at Kentucky Native across the street if you haven’t visited before! The place itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable!

Brad’s place was great! He provided great communication before and during my stay. This was the perfect basement apartment for my needs near Asbury College. I would highly recommend Brad’s place.
