Monthly Rentals in Puerto Vallarta

This place is fantastic and I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for for a good condo on the beach. The condo itself was clean and a perfect layout for a couple. The pool area is incredible!!! It is a 5 min walk to grocery store, 10-15 min walk to various restaurants and short Uber to the Malecon. Antonella was a great host! She was very communicative and even brought us a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board on Dec. 31 to ring in the new year!! Minor construction noise on 2 mornings around 745am but we are up early and didn’t bother us at all. Highly recommend staying here. We will absolutely be back the next time we stay in PV.

From Check-in and instructions Paul was right there to welcome us and give us the necessary info. Any problems or questions, he was also quick to respond. Very helpful. Supermarket was close and within walking distance as was the local bus. Great restaurants within walking distance. Pool was perfect with amazing views. Very large condo, well equipped and a relaxing place.

This is the second time we have stayed at Harbour 171 and it was great. The location is convenient to the airport, the grocery store is within a short walking distance as is everything else you could need. The studio itself was all that we wanted - clean, king size bed, great views. We only turned on the air conditioning at night since the place stays cool in the day with either the ocean breeze or by closing the blinds. Thank you for being a welcoming and wonderful host!
