Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

By car, travel one hour to Loveland Ski Resort, 20 minutes to Downtown Denver, Boulder or Redrocks. Private entrance with kitchenette, living space, comfy queen bed & fun under the stairs bed for kids. We live upstairs & you will hear us walking around if we're home & not working or traveling.

Cute and cozy home close to everything! Located in Denver with easy access to all the major highways - Excellent location for snowboarders/skiers. Private 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit with separate entrance and full kitchen! We live upstairs in the upper unit and share the backyard. Free street parking. Shared home - we live upstairs. However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
