Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away for a while!

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Next to the former Wierde museum on the Torenstraat in Ezinge is the former Green Cross building. What used to be the "consultation office" has been converted into a full-fledged apartment. There we offer a spacious living room with plenty of light, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a toilet and a "private" entrance. Please note: In principle, no breakfast!
