You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Welcome to our vacation rental! In a nutshell: 70 m², 5-10 minutes' walk to the beach (the beach that can be seen in the pictures), ideal for families with children, athletes (windsurfing/kitesurfing, wakeboarding, golf, cycling) and peace seekers. :-) We bought the apartment in 2019 and renovated it in the spring of 2020. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

There is a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds in the size 90 x 200 cm, 2 bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 walk-in shower), a large bedroom with comfortable box spring bed in the size 180 x 200 cm, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with beach chair.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our farmhouse & is kept open, friendly & modernly equipped. The open kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker,kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.). The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirror closet. A partition provides a spatial delimitation to the living room; a door is not available here. The children's room has two single beds and a wooden wardrobe.
