The small holiday cottage is located at the foot of the Singerberg (hike about 1 h) in the small mountain village of Windisch Bleiberg in the middle of the Karavanke mountains at 900 meters above sea level. The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is only equipped for 2 people and max. 1 pet (!no children)

Barbecue and fire bowl for relaxing and unwinding with a view of the Glantal valley and its rich history. We carefully renovated the old granary and equipped it with every comfort.

Sealodge for 2-4 people with terrace and balcony

The Seelodge for 2-4 people combines comfort, elegance and privacy. The master bedroom, with a double bed, TV and desk, leads directly onto a terrace of around 15 m², which is exclusively accessible only for this apartment. The kitchen-diner serves as a cosy living area with a sofa and seating area or, when occupied by up to four people, as a second bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed (180 x 200 cm). From here, you can also access the south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the lake.

Thanks to the central location, lakes, hiking trails and excursion destinations are quickly accessible.

Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
