A modern apartment with magnificent views out across lake Wakatipu. This apartment has been completed to a very high standard and has all the amenities you need. Located in Fernhill, which is a short driving distance to Queenstown centre or you can use the walking track and walk into the town (around 45mins). There is a bus stop and local shop/fish and chips and restaurant all within walking distance. This apartment is super warm and cosy and well equipped to make your stay comfortable.

Outdoor area for summer evenings,including a trampoline! Cosy gas fire for cooler evenings. Suitable for up to 3 Adults or 2 Adults 2 young Children (cot & toys provided on rqst). Apartment is located underneath our family home.
