Our villa is located in Ölüdeniz, the world's most popular holiday destination. It is 10 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the shops. It has a separate entrance, a separate car garage, its own swimming pool, and a private garden. Our villa is sheltered and enclosed from the outside. There is a BBQ area by the pool. Our villa has a parking lot for one vehicle. The entire place is reserved for you. Organized so you can have a solo vacation with your family. The house has all the appliances, tools and devices that a home should have. There is an air conditioning unit.

Tinton's House by Shaman

Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

It is centrally located. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very nice, large and spacious. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL AND GARDEN ARE FOR THE COMMON USE OF ONLY 2 VILLAS
