Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. The deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions between November 1 and April 30

Our pool has a saltwater system, and the POOL HEATING system is active in October, November and December. The average water temperature during these months is 27 degrees Celsius. Ölüdeniz beach is 5 minutes away by car, and the shopping centre in Fethiye city centre is 10 minutes away by car.
