Le Muricciole: the landscape of the gentle hills

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Villa Flora on the hills of Lucca

Villa in the hills ( 1 km of curves with mountain road). Between Lucca and Camaiore/Viareggio 30 minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from Lucca. Ideal for families with children surrounded by greenery with garden and private pool. The Villa is divided into two distinct apartments with each its own private outdoor space, this apartment has the exclusive use of the pool and garden. It is close to other houses but has its own privacy. Respect after midnight and avoid disturbing noise .

Inside the house, there are stairs to go up to the sleeping area and 5 steps to go to the kitchen… for those with small children, if you tell us in time, we will look for gates to make everything safe and the possibility of a camping cot. We also have 1 small living room with fireplace and 1 larger with the possibility of adding a cot

Casina di Laura is part of a small residential complex in the hills of Lucca surrounded by greenery. It spans two floors. Ground floor kitchen with TV first floor bathroom with shower top floor double bedroom with air conditioning. The house is accessed from a small courtyard equipped with table and chairs. For exclusive use of the property, small garden, a place suitable for an outdoor dinner in peace. INTERNAL STAIRS not suitable for those with walking problems

Frantoio: remodeled ancient olive oil mill

Frantoio is a charming portion of a Tuscan cot located in Orbicciano, half way between Lucca and Versilia. It used to be the olive oil mill of the 17th century farm it is part of. The house is located on top of a hill with olive trees, cypress, vineyards and lavender all around. In an old body of a magnificient estate, the house offers the possibility of a relaxing vacation in the peace and silence of luxirant countryside.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
