The granny flat has a parking space located directly in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - open living room with dining area, flat screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed - Daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower, - Private terrace with a sun awning and patio furniture. Hexenhaus am Waldrand - Fichtelsee

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

If you are in the mood for "cabin magic," fireplace & nature in the Fichtel Mountains, then the Spirkenhütte is just right for you. A piece of idyll - as an ideal starting point for nature-loving people or small groups. The pellet stove not only provides a pleasant ambience, but also heats the approximately 100 square meter cabin. Your task - refill pellets daily - the stove does the rest automatically! If you are still cold, you will be pleased about the in-house sauna.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.
