Ellee dispose d'un jardin arboré et fleuri de 600 m2, d'une pergola et d'une terrasse importante pour profiter d'un bain de soleil plein Sud-Ouest, d'un terrain de pétanque et d'un sauna. Possibilité d'étendre à 7-8 couchages (2 canapés lits) Au delà d'une consommation de 50kwh par jour, les kW seront facturés au prix de 20 cents (hors sauna).

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

Designed as a friendly living space, it has a pleasant kitchen, living room and dining room that can easily accommodate 10 people. At the back, a terrace and a garden will allow you to enjoy the many sunny days offered by Cotentin :) The town is 10 minutes from the beaches.
