Apartment holiday rentals in Fig Tree Bay

Very clean and modern feel! Extremely up market and peaceful. Pretty much had the pool to ourselves for most of the stay and when we requested extra pillows they were delivered within a couple of hours. The messaging app for communication during our stay worked very well and the hosts responded immediately. Will definitely return to this accommodation.

Shaun's apartment is in a very good location, everything /beaches, restaurants, shops, bakery, bus stop/can be reached within a short walk. The apartment is well-equipped and we felt at home. Shaun is kind, helpful. I recommend this apartment if you want to stay in a peaceful, calm place.

Antoniaka was an amazing host – super friendly, helpful, and very understanding. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect location too, just a minute away from the main street where everything happens in Ayia Napa. Definitely recommend!

We had a very good time at this apartment. Check-in was super easy and we were even allowed to check out a little later which was very helpful as both us had to work. Thank you again! Overall a very lovely apartment, everything you need and an awesome balcony. Nice surroundings, very close to some shops, restaurants and a stunning beach. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We had the most incredible stay at Jules Apartment. A beautiful unit, great complex with lovely neighbours. Perfectly situated - bars, shops, restaurants and beaches, a short 10 minute walk away. Paul was a great host, communication was fantastic. Very grateful for the milk , butter and ham that was provided when we arrived. Didn't want to leave 😭

Comfortable stay. The only issue I had was with the water pressure in the shower but I guess that can’t be changed. We couldn’t get the oven to work either but didn’t bother asking the host as we just used the toasty machine. Would be good if there were a toaster. The apartment was very clean and the comfortable for 3 adults. We each had a large bed and there were 3 toilets and 2 showers.

The flat is incredible for the price that you pay. It have a lot of thing extra, like soap to wash clothes, things for the beach… I’m really happy to select this flat and, if I will go to Ayia Napa again, I’ll not any dude that I’m going to search this flat.

The flat is located in a very good location, walking distance from amazing beaches, the pedestrian street of Protaras, restaurants, cafes and shops. Fully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, ideal for short or long trips. From the beginning Panagiotis was helpful, willing to explain anything we needed, was very kind and he was always there with a smile!

Very good place, walking distance from the center. George is great and his place is recommended for 2 to 4 people.

The hosts took great care of us and even brought a microwave even though he was not at home to meet our need. It was a very nice 3 nights, I hope we will visit again someday 🙏🏻

The location was great, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Very responsive host, great location

Natalia and her husband were nice hosts. Natalia's husband picked us up from the airport and brought us to the accommodation and also on departure. The apartment corresponds to the description and the location is great. Nissi Beach and Landa Beach are a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity are also the bus stops that go to Ayia Napa City and Larnaca. The cleanliness in the apartment was fine. A second set of sheets and towels would have been great. Since we did not cook, we cannot say about the kitchen equipment. In some places, the kitchen knows signs of wear and tear, which is a pity that guests do not handle them with care. It was particularly nice that we were allowed to stay in the apartment longer than the regular check-out time. This allowed us to make full use of our departure day. Overall we had a great stay with Natalia and Panayotas

We stayed for a week, it is a quiet area, walking distance to our points of interests and to the bus stop at the square. Apartment very well equipped with every little thing that you might need. And it is very suitable for a workation having 2 desks, which we used. Thank you for all the friendly and quick communication

We were sensitive about cleaning it, but the beds and the house were spotless, and we had no trouble finding the location, I highly recommend it.

From the moment I booked the apartment, Maria was outstanding , from the initial communication, throughout my stay and once I headed back to the uk I couldn’t recommend this host enough. Wonderful place to stay near a lot of walking trails and beautiful beaches.

Very nice and clean house. There are some confortabilities that you do not find in other places like toaster, water boiler, amd kitchen paper. There was a problem with the bed, and as soon as we informed her, she send someone to fix it, she responded immediately. Very good service!
