Cozy duplex penthouse in Tremp

Inverted duplex penthouse with good mountain views and three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single; fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms with shower, one toilet, and a large 25 m2 terrace with sun loungers. There's heating, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, air conditioning on the first floor in the dining room, and two smart TVs (in the dining room and the double bedroom). Free storage room for four bikes with electrical connection in the same building.

The Queralt Tower is located in Plans de Sió, in the Queralt district (55 min from Barcelona, 55 min from Sitges, 1 h from Andorra, 35 min from the AVE station in Lleida). This fully restored 16th-century tower hosts up to 6 guests (4 adults in two double rooms and 1 adult or 2 children on the sofa bed). It has top-quality finishes, a garden in the old Viña de la Era, trenches to visit, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, football field, pickleball court and trampolines.

Corral de l'esquirol is a fully renovated and equipped village house, ideal for accommodating families and small groups. It is located in the small and quiet village of Basturs (Pallars Jussà), where one of the most important dinosaur sites in Europe is located. In the area you can do many activities: visit the Estanys de Basturs and castles, do hiking and mountain biking, visit wineries and discover the region's immense natural and geological heritage.

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.
