Spacious apartment practically in the center of L'Escala, ideal for visiting the area. Close to tourist attractions and shops. Sergi hosted us very warmly and gave us some great tips for sightseeing and restaurants.

The apartment is well located in relation to the beach, spacious and well-equipped. The courtyard downstairs remains nice. A slight downside to the view of the building bar opposite. In fact, we did not take advantage of the balcony. Complicated parking due in particular to the works (closed streets). Shops nearby and beautiful calanques.

Very bright, clean apartment is very well located for walking to the beach or the city center. The most is the nearby parking space. Contact with Pierre was very easy with easy explanations to enter the apartment. I recommend.

We were very comfortable! The house is very well decorated and has everything you need. Eric met us on arrival and was waiting for us with the heating on and everything ready. He lives right next door and if you have any problems he comes right away. Being able to park two cars inside the plot is a big plus. Parking is inside the property, but the house and garden are totally independent. The room is large, very comfortable, has everything and is tastefully decorated. The sink is separate from the shower and it's appreciated so as not to have a single bathroom occupied.

We had a very pleasant week in Collioure, the accommodation is really well placed, the fact of everything being able to do on foot is great, the garden is also good with its barbecue. The private parking is great too. The place is well equipped, we did not lack anything. I would highly recommend this place to discover Collioure and its beautiful surrounding area. We had a great stay! The accommodation is in a great location, close to all services (port, restaurants, beaches, funfair, supermarket, etc.) we are a couple with 2 small children and highly recommend this apartment. We did not meet Albert in person, however he was very responsive to all of our requests.

A perfect stay. Good surprise when arriving at the accommodation because the bathroom was refurbished, the sofa was new, the refrigerator was new etc... Everything was better than the listing pictures. Plenty of crockery and accessories. The plus is the private parking with its reserved space. And of course the proximity to the beach. We will go back without hesitation

Francesc was very friendly and responsive. When we needed something - he was always helping us (including bringing us filtered water). Cozy apartment in a beautiful village - 10 minutes to the center, 5 minutes to supermarket. Generally quiet, because not in the noisy streets - just some noise from motorbikes. Great air condition and TV. Also good cooking facility with induction stove - we stayed for one week and cooked all the time. Definitely recommend and will come back!
