Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a small town of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with terrace exit with barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. Downstairs: the private mini pool to cool off. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the River La Muga.

The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living-dining room, where the large sofa bed makes an extra bed. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.

Heated pool from APRIL to OCTOBER. It's not available outside of these months. Central apartment with garden and pool. The pool is located in the private garden of the apartment so it is exclusively for the users of the apartment. Expandable roof, always partially open in summer. Heated pool available from April to October, rest of the year pool not heated. New work and finishes. Bright and quiet. Ideal for families.
