This spacious house has lots of room for larger families and offers children’s cutlery and crockery, high chair, travel cot, safety gates, children’s books and games. There’s a great sunny outside space, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

A quaint, rustic house with some modern touches and just a ten minute walk from the Marina and the delights of Whitby. I do not live at the property so you will have full use of the house. There is an open plan lounge / diner which goes through to a large kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one, one en-suite large king size bed in large attic room ,double bedroom and a room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. The attic room has a bath.
