On the first floor of the Villa degli Armatori is this beautiful studio with a private entrance that enjoys a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands. Baglio sul Mare | Le Case di Valeria&Matteo is a cozy Aeolian-style apartment offering comfort, relaxation, and an authentic experience on the island of Salina. Featuring a spacious double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a large sea-view terrace. Located in Malfa, just 6 minutes on foot from the center, with bars, restaurants, a supermarket, rentals, and boat tours nearby. Perfect for couples or small groups, with free street parking.

Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

The house is very spacious (150 square metres), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower, a kitchen with living room with TV, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch TV, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach and the Tindari promontory.

Beautiful and bright Aeolian style house, located in the hamlet of Rinella, comfortably served by hydrofoils and ships. Panoramic location, quiet and quiet 300 meters from the only sandy beach on the island. Terrace with sea view, relaxation guaranteed! Nearby there are numerous trails for trekking lovers who want to admire a breathtaking view of the 7 islands of the archipelago from the top of Monte Fossa delle Felci, a nature reserve.

The villa is located on 4 hectares of land, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the sea on one side and the Liparote hills on the other. It consists of an accommodation core with independent entrance, outdoor spaces, garden and typical Aeolian terraces.
