Pretty much perfect. Accommodation exactly as described and has all mod cons one could hope for. Karen and Andy are excellent hosts who are attentive and helpful whilst giving you the space and privacy you would hope for. Perfect place for dogs: the paddock is fantastic for playtime’s. It is clear that it is important to the hosts that you enjoy your stay; there are many thoughtful and personalised gestures on arrival. Highly recommended.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in York. It was well equipped, comfortable and clean. A good first Airbnb experience!

Really nice place, very quiet and lots within a 30min drive to do with kids. Only small point was that there is not much outdoor area for kids to run around and play football etc but it is a working farm so to be expected. Single beds also not overly comfortable for adults but fine for kids. Very well equipped and Susan was really helpful and prompt with communication. Would recommend!

What a great little place. Hands down, up there with one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in. Fantastic location - enough off the beaten track so that it was quiet and serene with a fantastic view, but close enough to major roads and just a couple minutes’ drive to Malton. The studio upstairs was a lovely and tranquil space to chill out and watch telly, have a read of the books provided or simply sit and look out the window at the wildlife and greenery, as I did a lot of the time! We didn’t explore the grounds outside the property - we did enough walking elsewhere - but there is a walkable track available for use. Overall, I would highly recommend!
