Island Boat House - Fisher's Landing, NY

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Private guest quarters on the American Narrows

Private 240 square foot guest quarters separate from our house. One bedroom and full bathroom. Directly on the Saint Lawrence River in the American narrows. One queen sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, TV, wifi, table & chairs. Alexandria Bay is 1.5 miles away. This is a No Smoking property, there is a $500.00 fee for smoking on our property. No children under 18. Boat dockage is not available. Sorry no motorcycles. Seasonal rentals from June 1st to September 30th.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Your home away from home is a short drive from downtown Gananoque situated on a 6 acre private property. We are approx. 5 minutes from Downtown Gananoque and 25 minutes from Downtown Kingston. Private entrance to ensure personal private space. Our space is not designed for more than 2 guests. The Sea Angell is a 1.2 acre PRIVATE ISLAND (just you will be on it). There is DEEP water docking, electricity, modern plumbing, WiFi, and great cell service. And, yes … this property is dog friendly! The island is very easy to find, located just offshore in a prime location near Foxy’s Restaurant, and has a charming vintage cottage dating back to the 1870’s!
