From the cabin you have fantastic views of rough, untouched nature with heather, rocks and open sea. Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

På veien ned til en fin badeplass kan en se og utforske Sørvest-Norges største konsentrasjon av helleristningsfelt. Sauer og lam kan oppleves på nært hold. Åmøy er også et godt utgangspunkt om en ønsker å besøke kjente steder som Utstein Kloster, Prekestolen, Sola strendene, Ørnhaug besøksgård, Kongeparken osv.

Parking space for two cars as well as electric car chargers. Charging of electric car is included in the rent.
