It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

This splendid holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests, including two children. On the ground floor, is a bright living room with a sofa bed where up to 2 children can sleep, with access to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area invites culinary adventures and sociable gatherings. A double bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace and pool promises peaceful nights. A practical laundry room and a separate toilet are also on the ground floor.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
