The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets?
