Riva Tower, historic home

The fortress is spread over 4 levels. The ground floor consists of kitchen, fireplace and small bathroom. On the first floor is the dining room. On the second floor there is a double bedroom. On the third floor a bedroom with a bed from a square and a half and bathroom with shower and washing machine. hydro-pellets heating for harsh winter months The tower offers an enchanting view of the historic center of Fiumalbo and the surrounding mountains. Outside the house there is a large garden.

The Arches - a beautifully renovated apartment

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

You will be totally independent in our ground floor apartment with garden located just over 1 km from the village of Fiumalbo. It consists of 1 large room with kitchenette and living room, 2 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 1 balcony) and 1 bathroom. In addition, in our modern apartment, you can enjoy various amenities such as free WiFi, heating, washing machine... and also a beautiful view of our Mount Cimone every time you cross the threshold of the house!

Four-room apartment ideal for families who love to ski comfortably. Located 30 meters from the facilities and slopes, you can leave and return to the apartment with boots on your feet. Under the apartment there is a ski rental. You will find a first double bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa and TV, an equipped kitchen and a table for 4 people. On-site parking is for a fee, but guests will have free parking reserved for them.
