We had a great time in this beautiful spot. The Oast House made a really unique holiday home and while there is lots to do in this area, simply hanging out at the house was also a real pleasure.

The Retreat is perfect for a relaxing stay. It is so peaceful and beautifully presented. So much thought has gone into providing everything you could possibly need ....oh and the bed is super comfy. Mandy is so helpful and communication is great. Will definitely be returning.

We had a very peaceful 4 nights here, very easy to settle in and lots of space. Even a basket of goodies and milk to get us started! Everything was in great working order and exactly what we needed as a base. We didn’t visit the tea room but it looked popular! It’s worth a quick trip to Mayfield down the road to see the old highstreet!

Brilliant place to stay. Lovely garden area, private. The hosts thought of absolutely everything. The weather was lovely...unfortunate really as if it had rained for a couple of days the house was stocked with loads of decent DVD's, games and books! My wife has some mobility issues but managed everything she needed to. Highly recommended, thankyou.
