Rooyen : Cozy chalet with enclosed garden

Chalet with 4 rooms: living room/kitchen: gas fire, combi-oven, Nespresso + cooking and eating utensils In the living room you watch TV (Netflix - private account). The sofa is quickly a double bed (1m40x2m). Heating with pellet stove. In bedroom, there is 2-person box-spring (1m60x2m). Bathroom : toilet, walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer. 4th room has a foosball game. Due to Belgian legislation, house linen (sheets & towels) is not included (to be brought), pillows and down are not included. Pet welcome with surcharge

Het huisje is geschikt voor 2 personen, bestaat uit slaapkamer met dubbelbed en badkamer met wc en douche,woonkamer met ingerichte keuken (elektrisch kookvuur,koelkast,koffie ,waterkoker. Er zijn 2 gratis fietsen voorzien Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort (google chromecast,netflix,wifi), in de badkamer is een haardroger. Bed- bad- en keukenlinnen zijn inbegrepen. Bij mooi weer is het terras en grote tuin een leuke plek om te vertoeven.

Romantic stay in Zutendaal. Wonderful to discover the only National Park in Belgium. Extensive cycle junction, equestrian network and walking routes (barefoot path). Centrally located between the bustling cities of Hasselt, Genk, Maasmechelen Village and Maastricht, great for shopping. Can be booked per weekend/week /midweek.
