Idyllic house in the countryside only 15 min drive from Torget

Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Large detached house with all facilities in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house has a large veranda with good sun conditions and is fully equipped with everything you need. Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal city center where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the plot, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging an electric car (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place - right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, relax, go fishing, hiking, mushroom or berry picking, work from "home office", go skiing, or play golf. In summer there are long bright nights, and in winter you can be so lucky that you see the northern lights. Access to the lake. Short distance to Trondheim city center (approx. 20 minutes by car). Great advantage by car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds divided among three rooms, with double beds.

Modern house 10 min drive from Granåsen Ski arena. 500 metres to the airport bus and 300 m to bus stop for the city centre (12 min ride). Four bedrooms, big living room from 2021 with a huge couch and large dinner table for eight persons. Newly refurbished kitchen, newly refurbished bathroom with steam shower, toilet room on ground floor, and a big hall. WiFi, 65" TV screen, AC. Free parking for up to five cars. Several grocery stores a few minutes walk away.

From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and store. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center.
