Cozy, 36 m2, bright apartment with a 12 m2 terrace, facing south. It is located on the ground floor, of a small residence, quiet, with 1 free parking space. Very comfortable 140 bed, and extra sofa bed. It is perfectly equipped, with all the necessities, to arrive with your hands in your pockets. The INSTITUTE, and the train station, are a 5-minute walk away. All amenities are close by. Only 1 small, quiet and respectful dog is accepted. Love at first sight guaranteed. 😍
