5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Mountain biking lovers are also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and also a cross-country trail is right in the village.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The apartment (30 m2) is part of a detached house, which was completed in Dec. 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with a sink and a separate shower offer all the comforts you could wish for on holiday. Shuttle to the cable cars, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes by foot.

Nice cozy 2 room apartment in quiet yet central location. In a few minutes, you are at the Flims cable cars. The turquoise blue Caumasee also invites you to take a walk. The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so there is nothing missing. Starting December 1, 2018, a storage facility for skis and snowboards will be available for our guests directly at the Flims cable cars.
