The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

YOKO Luxury Cabin

Nestled on a quiet road on the cusp of Blairgowrie you will find YOKO cabin. The studio is within easy walking distance to the Flinders Hotel, Restaurants and Cafes, Boutique shopping, Art Galleries and our fabulous General store. Beautiful yet wild Bass Straight views are just 100mt down the road. Walk to Cyril’s, Hoppers and Big Left surfing spots. Your accommodation is just down the garden path, past the main house to where your self contained sanctuary awaits.

The galley kitchenette has basic essentials, including a microwave, a fridge & an outdoor Bbq.

Spraypoint Cottage is a 3-bed beach house in Blairgowrie. Woodheater + reverse cycle heating/aicon, WiFi, Netflix, UHD curved TV, Full kitchen, laundry, 100m national park track to the beach. Sheets and towels provided. With huge windows overlooking Koonya dunes and classic beach house styling, It is a perfect place to relax, romance, reconnect, exercise and rejuvenate. Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Blending modern, French & farmhouse influences, our tucked-away slice of heaven captures the best of the wine region. With remnant forest surrounds, a solar-heated pool & proximity to Merricks beach (6 mins), everything is here to help you unwind. A barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor sink & two deck seating areas will draw you outside to enjoy balmy evenings. Nearby is Merricks Store and plenty of great wineries.

The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops.
